CONTACT STOCKYARDCITY.ORG FOR INFORMATION ABOUT THE PARADE.\n.\nContact our Parade Coordinator for information about meet up time and location and how join in and be apart of this annual parade event!\n.\nHere’s some info about the parade:\n.\nCome to Historic Stockyards City\, in Oklahoma City\, on Saturday\, March 14th for the annual St. Patrick’s Parade! It is a celebration of Oklahoma Irish heritage and the western culture of Stockyards City! This family friendly event begins at 10:00 a.m. You won’t want to miss this!\n.\nThe parade will be led by the Slash O Ranch Longhorns. You can see St. Patrick\, marching bands\, bagpipes\, Irish dancers\, the Shriners\, cool cars\, community groups\, equestrian entries and much more.\n.\nFollowing the parade hang around for some fun activities for kids. Balloon art\, face painting\, activities\, and games will be held in the grassy area east of Little Joe’s Boots.\n.\nAdmission to the event is free. Come to Stockyards City for the St. Pats fun and stay for the day! Visit the shops\, have a great meal\, and enjoy the authenticity of the area.\n.\nThe parade route begins at the intersection of Exchange Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue\, it will head west to Agnew Avenue and then go south to S.W. 15th Street.

DESCRIPTION:STOCKYARDS COWBOY CHRISTMAS PARADE\, OKLAHOMA CITY: \nThe OMC is signed up to participate in Stockyards Cowboy Christmas Parade on Saturday\, December 7th! The parade will start at 10:00 a.m. We are asking participants to sign-in between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. to prepare for lineup.\n.Your parade number will be assigned to you at parade check-in. The first check-in will receive the parade number. We will not be arriving as a group. Tell them at check point that you are with the Oklahoma Mustang Club. Christmas Decorations for your car is optional\, but encouraged. The check-in location is at Lilyfield\, 1841 Exchange Avenue\, at the NE corner of Pennsylvania and Exchange Avenues. Restrooms will be available at Exchange Avenue Baptist Church.\n.The parade will head west on Exchange to Agnew\, then South on Agnew towards S.W. 14th and S.W. 15th Street. Since tradition features our “Cowboy Santa” at the end of the parade\, we ask that NO Santas be at the parade. This way\, the children attending can fully welcome the appearance of “Cowboy Santa.”Throwing candy into the crowd is not allowed. However\, you are more than welcome to hand-out candy\, in an organized manner. (This means having a walker outside of your vehicle.)\n\,If you have not signed up\, it’s not too late\, just let me know. The parade is open to coupes and convertibles.
