DESCRIPTION:ARMED FORCED DAY-DEL CITY: Once again the Oklahoma Mustang Club will support the annual Armed Forces Day parade in Del City\, Oklahoma.\nOklahoma Mustang Club members attending and driving in the parade will receive Club Participation Points.\n.\nMEET UP LOCATION IS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE DEL CITY HS.  Enter from SE20th street\n.\nWe provide Mustang convertibles to carry dignitaries for this parade. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase the OMC and our beloved Mustang during as well as provide a community service.\n.\nIf you attend this parade\, or any other club involved parade\, please put your club magnets on the side of your car.\n.\nThey would like 9 convertibles and if you will be able to participate in the parade\, please email our parade coordinator Bill James at omcparades@gmail.com or call/text at 405.641.2334.\n.\nParade participants will also receive DOUBLE CPP points! Easy way to earn CPP!\n.\nThe meet up site has changed this year\, but we’ll post more about it as soon as we get more information.\n.\nWe will need to be there about 9 am. The parade ends approximately at 11 am.

DESCRIPTION:FREEDOM FEST\, BETHANY\n\nTHIS EVENT IS CONDUCTED AND HOSTED BY THE CITY OF BETHANY AND THE OKLAHOMA MUSTANG CLUB IS PROVIDING VEHICLES TO CARRY PEOPLE IN.\nPARADE ROUTE: starts at Peniel & NW 39th Expressway (Route 66).\nIt travels West on NW 39th Expressway\, and Turns South on Rockwell.\nIt travels South on Rockwell to NW 36th and turns West.\nIt travels West on NW 36th to Eldon Lyon Park\nThe Car Show and the Community Festival will be held during the day in downtown Bethany – along NW 39th and College and the surrounding area.\nThe Fireworks that evening will be set off at Eldon Lyon Park at about 9:45 pm\nThe parade is open to all Mustang vehicles both coupe and convertible. You can decorate your car in Patriotic fair any way you want. The club also has some patriotic materials that you are free to use. Parades are a wonderful way to promote our club and a way to give back to the community. I hope you consider joining us on this wonderful occasion. The Parade starts at 10 a.m. and should be over by noon. Club Participation Points apply to this activity. Also\, Amber Harp (Mrs. Ms. United America Lady 2019) and her daughter (Ms. Teen United States) will be among us riding in one of the convertibles. DESCRIPTION:OU HOMECOMING PARADE-NORMAN\, OK: \nTHIS PARADE IS PUT ON AND CONDUCTED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF OKLAHOMA. THE OMC IS MERELY PROVIDING MUSTANGS FOR THE UNIVERSITY. \nThe OU Homecoming Parade will be this Saturday\, October 15. We need 10 convertibles for this event. The parade is set to start at 8am p.m. and we expect the parade to last about an hour. Please let me know here or by text that you plan to participate. CPP will be awarded.\n\nWe will meet at the Braums located at 800 E Lindsey St\, Norman at 6:45 am so we can be at the staging area by 7am. From the Braums we will proceed to the parade staging area at the intersection of Jenkins Avenue and Kuhlman Court. This is the one-way alley between McCasland Field House and the Physical Plant\, but the direction will be going west towards the Union. Parade volunteers will assist in directing us to our location.\nADDITIONAL INFORMATION\n• Parade Route: The parade will start at the intersection of Asp Avenue and Boyd Street and end at the corner of Elm Avenue and Boyd Street. Please see the map for the staging area and route. At the end of the route\, we ask you to drop off your vehicle guests and ride back to the parade staging location to assist with driving additional special guests.\n• Gameday Parking: Each car will have one spot reserved for them in the lot directly behind (to the west of) Catlett Music Center for parking after the parade. Please provide the parking attendant with your name and they will let you in. We will have printed maps for you to show the location.\n• Weather: OU Risk Management has notified us that the weather on Saturday will be a perfect fall gameday! DESCRIPTION:VETERANS DAY PARADE\, MIDWEST CITY:\n\n\nOnce again the Oklahoma Mustang Club will be participating in the Midwest City Veterans Day parade. This parade is open to all Mustang vehicles coupes and convertibles. We may have riders\, but your guest are welcome to ride along with you. We hope you can help us out! And if you’re an Oklahoma Mustang Club member\, you will earn Club Participation Points!\n\n \n\n\n8:00 a.m. OMC parade participants will meet at the Howard Memorial Baptist Church at Reno and Sunnylane prior to departing for the Parade Staging Area. We will complete Club Participation point sheets here. \n\n\n8:30 a.m. Depart from the Church for the Parade Staging Area at Reno and Morris McGee Drive\n\n\n9:00 a.m. We must be in the Staging Area NO LATER THAN 9:00 a.m. We will do our decorating here before moving to our position in the parade. We have 30 to 45 mins to prepare.\n\n\n10:00 a.m. Parade Starts (SE 15th and Century Blvd)\n\n\n \n\n\nINSTRUCTIONS: \n\n\n \n\n\n1. Upon arrival\, parade official will check us in and give the lead car a windshield number to be placed on the passenger side windshield. If you arrive late and before 9:00 a.m. You must arrive at the staging point before 9:00 a.m. or you will not be able to participate.\n\n\n2. We are required to show proof of insurance\, so please bring your insurance verification card with you. I did not send them in with our application.\n\n\n3. We will proceed to the Main Parade Staging Area AFTER our decorations are complete. Bring any patriotic materials that you may have. We have some to share\, if you need them.\n\n\n4. We will enter the Main Parade Staging Area when our decorations are complete.\n\n\n5. We will enter the Main Parade Staging Area off Reno and Morris McGee Drive. The parade staging area from S.E. 15th Street will be closed.\n\n\n6. The staging area will have restroom facilities located at the concession stand on the west side of the Soccer Complex and at the Joe B. Barnes Pavilion. \n\n\n \n\n\nThe parade will commence at 10:00 a.m. from S.E. 15th St and Century Blvd and travel east to Douglas Blvd. On Douglas Blvd. the parade will travel north to Reno Ave\, east to Morris McGee Blvd at Joe B.
