ABLE, NORMAN, OK:  Thanks to the Oklahoma Mustang Club (OMC) volunteers who worked the Maple Brothers Auto Auction, the OMC club president, Chuck Foley, and club treasurer, Kathy Foley, were able to present a very sizable donation to our club’s primary charity ABLE (Able Bodies Learning to Excel). However, it wasn’t just the 47 OMC volunteers that made this such a special occasion. The owner of Maple Brothers Auto Auction Bill Hanks matched our $5,000 donation! This meant we were able to present ABLE with a check for $10,000! Accepting the check for ABLE was Lauren Howard, Community Outreach Coordinator and CJ George, President of the Board of Directors. The OMC would like to send a SPECIAL thanks to all those OMC members who worked so hard to make this possible. And a SUPER special thank you to Bill Hanks for his VERY generous contribution! With the profits from the 2021 Great Mustang Round Up national show last fall, the club has donated over $35,000 to local charities in the last 6 months! Thank you to all the OMC members that worked so hard for the national show and the auctions. There are many people, and pets, that are benefiting from your hard work.
