As 2021 comes to an end, we have our annual Christmas party. This year it was held at the Dale Robertson Center in Yukon. As usual, we announce not only next years Board members, but, the Member, Appointee and Board member of the year. We congratulate Sherry Bristow as our 2021 Member of the Year. Christine Scannelli, National Showchair, was voted as our 2021 Appointee of the Year. Outgoing president Allen King was voted as the Board member of the year.
Outgoing president Allen King thanked the club for the 8 years of club support during his term as president. During these years many members, appointees and board members had come and gone. But, OMC secretary Deann King was always there to support the club and our members.
Allen introduced our new board members for 2022. Chuck Foley, President; John Rigg, Vice-president; Anita Risner, Secretary; Chuck Dunn, MCA Director; Charli Childers, board member; Larry Ray, board member. Allen said he and Deann are not going very far as Allen will be serving the club as Social Media Coordinator, Club Store Manager and High Performance Driving Events Director. Dee will be stepping up to take over the Event’s Coordinator appointee position.
Lastly, they wished the club, our members, and all the followers of the OMC around the country a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
