Hallett refers to their HPDE events as High Speed Touring (HST). \nHallett Motor Racing Circuit is a 1.8 mile\, 10 turn Road Racing course in the rolling Osage Hills of North Eastern Oklahoma. It is located 35 miles west of Tulsa\, Oklahoma\, at the Highway 99 exit of the Cimarron Turnpike. From Oklahoma City\, it’s about an 1 1/2 drive to the raceway. You do not have to own a Mustang or be a skilled driver to do these events. \nIf it’s your first time\, you’ll need to attend the Driver’s Education meeting.
