NATIONAL COWBOY AND WESTERN HERITAGE MUSEUM, OKLAHOMA CITY: This month we’ll be doing another Oklahoma City museum and traveling out of town for lunch. It’s been several years since we’ve visited the Cowboy Hall of Fame, so, it’s time to head that way again! The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum is America’s premier institution of Western history, art and culture. Founded in 1955, the Museum, located in Oklahoma City, collects, preserves and exhibits an internationally renowned collection of Western art and artifacts while sponsoring dynamic educational programs to stimulate interest in the enduring legacy of the American West.
Group Admission Rates
Taxable rates are as follows:
- Adults – $10.75
- Seniors 62 yrs and older – $9.25
- Students with valid ID – $9.25
- Children 6-12 yrs old –$5.00
- Children 5 and under – Free

DURING THE DRIVE:
- Keep your headlights on for safety and to let traffic know where our last car is.
- Keep the gap between cars no more than 3-4 car lengths
- Absolutely no racing or driving irresponsibly.
- If you have OMC magnets, please display on your car during the pony drive.
- We will use ZELLO, OMC Pony Drive Group Channel, to communicate with.

- From parking lot of Cowboy Hall of Fame turn right onto NE. 63rd.
- 0.4 mile turn right onto N. Eastern Ave./MLK Ave.
- Use left lane to turn at the 1st cross street onto NE 63rd. St.
- 0.2 mile turn left to merge onto I-44 East.
- From I-44 East continue onto I-35 North.
- 3.6 miles take exit 141 for 2nd St.
- At end of exit turn right onto Ok-66 E.
- Continue to follow Ok-66 for 32.4 miles.
- Continue on Ok-66 through Chandler.
We will be stopping at an On Cue for a pit stop just north of Chandler on Ok-66.
1. From On Cue drive west on E. 1st/Ok-66 for one mile.
2. Turn right onto N. Price Ave/Ok-18 north.
3. Continue to follow Ok -8 N for 19.3 Miles.
4. Turn right onto Ok-18 N W. Main St. Steer Inn Family Restaurant will be on the left 6.9 mi.
