CLUB PARTICIPATION POINTS (CPP)

The Club Participation Program (CPP) was created as a way to encourage OMC members to be more involved with club activities and reward them for their participation in OMC events.  Process: Each event that the OMC is involved in, members will be given an opportunity to sign in on their CPP SIGN IN SHEET (copy attached). Members will be awarded points each time they attend an event and sign the CPP Sign In forms. These will be made available to members by the activity coordinator for the event/activity. The event coordinator will be responsible for sending these forms to the Club Participation Program (CPP) Manager within 7 days of the event. The CPP manager will track the member’s CPP scores and present pins to members at each month General Membership Meeting (GMM).

Several of the point categories are based on the club’s annual fiscal year (January 1 through December 31). Points in these categories are awarded only once per year and the member will be responsible for notifying the CPP manager annually for that area (i.e., OMC car tag). There will be a call for these annual points in January via the weekly email, monthly newsletter, OMC social media outlets and at the January GMM.  Once a member reaches the following point levels, they will be rewarded with recognition (determined by the club board) for their achievements. Below is a list of the point levels and the description of each.
