What a GREAT day for a car show!!!  With the temps in the mid 80’s and a slight breeze, we had a record turnout for our annual Stampede Car Show.  The event is held in conjunction with the Town of Mustang’s Western Days activities.  The activities include a chili cook off, store front decoration contest, a rodeo, pancake breakfast, 5K run, vendor booths, a parade, pet show, and a chuck wagon cook off to mention a few of the activities. The Mustang Western Days will draw approximately 10,000 people to the City of Mustang.  Back to the car show though!  This is an open, and judged, car show This means all vehicles are welcome and each is judged on it’s condition and preparation for the show.  With 241 registered vehicles, it left the Oklahoma Mustang Club show committee with a lot of work.  We also had non-club members help out too.  And to those folks, we send you a HUGE thank you!  So, if you come out to the Western Days activities next year (2018), stop by the car show and check out all the beautiful cars and trucks at the annual Stampede Car show!
