The 37th Annual Arts Festival Oklahoma is one of the most attended events in the Oklahoma City area highlighting the best local artists and food vendors. This year they wanted to add a little “twist” to the event and invited the OKLAHOMA MUSTANG CLUB to display our cars, a first for the Arts Festival Oklahoma. The Arts Festival Oklahoma management team was extremely happy with the selection of the cars and crowd reaction to the car show. But for all those that came out and braved the heat for the chance at a trophy we’d like to send a quick, and heartfelt, thank you to all our members for showing, and helping, at the 2015 ARTS FESTIVAL OKLAHOMA Show ‘n’ Shine. It was a long hot day and, as usual, our OMC members came through like gangbusters! Can’t say how proud we are of our members that fought off the heat to show our/their beautiful Mustangs. We must have impressed a few folks! We had 5 new families join the club. We can’t say it enough – our club ROCKS! The Board sends a special thank you to Don and Bonnie Rader for spearheading the goody bag stuffing for next week’s M6A National Show. One less project we need to do this week. Trophy winners were voted on by the public so we’re sending a big thank you to Bill James for serving as the official Price Waterhouse ballot counting supervisor. With over 400 ballots cast, it took his team nearly an hour to tally the votes. We think we may be invited us back again! THANK YOU ALL AGAIN!
